Exvana is not part of any contract / agreement between the lessor and lessee and thus not liable for any damages due to breach of contracts / agreements. Both Lessors and Lessees agree to indemnify Exvana, it’s members and employees against any such liability and or damages.

The information available on Exvana.com, including listings, photos, design, reviews, articles, links and user information are owned and copyrighted by Exvana LLC. This information is available for your, the user’s, personal use, and may not be copied and or used for commercial uses. Business listers / Lessors and users agree to use the site, handle profiles and e-mail interactions in a professional manner to conduct business within the site and to not direct business to another site. All profiles and interactions will be in accordance with local and national laws and spam rules and not infringe on patents, copyrights, trademarks and or private information. You agree to not post false information and or inappropriate and or abusive information and or photos.

Continuation of Services

Exvana.com is able to make changes to the site and or discontinue service at any time without notice. Continued use of Exvana.com implies agreement with the Terms of Use each and every time.

Termination

Availability and Cancellation

All agreements for services, profiles and advertising with Exvana are subject to availability and acceptance by Exvana LLC. Once payment is processed you are bound to the agreement for the duration of the agreement. All agreements are set to auto-renew and the user must take the action to cancel such agreement within the appropriate time. No refunds will be given for a listing or advertising agreement once payment is processed.

Non Solicitation

Exvana.com is a business aggregator, the development of which, gathering of data and links and continued operations and sales / service requires great financial expenditure. As such, the solicitation of any clients, users, advertisers, blog/forum and classifieds/marketplace information would cause damages to the business and will be prosecuted fully under the law. All of the above is provided solely for personal use.

Reviews, Feedback, Comments and Ideas

Submission of reviews, feedback, comments and ideas to Exvana in no way mandates our use of said reviews, feedback, comments and ideas. If they are used, it in no way creates and agreement and or contract with Exvana and or entitlement to payment, revenue or royalty from said ideas. Exvana will not be held liable for the use or disclosure of said idea in any way. You are providing Exvana a free of charge or royalty free idea / suggestion which Exvana may or may not use, disclose and or share in any shape or way chosen across any medium.
